The "B" Word

Ok, so I said the "B" word to my husband. I'll let you ponder that for a moment, if you're like me you immediately start thinking of every curse word you know...Ok, it wasn't really a curse word - kinda...it was the word Budget. We've said it before, we've tried it before, evidently from looking at our checking balance we haven't stuck to it. I'm sick of not having enough money to go out and just blow. I just want to go out and every once in awhile blow $50.00 on crap at Target and not have to hear it from my husband. So, in order to do that I'm going to try sticking to a budget again, for the zillionth time. Do you have a budget? I'd love to hear how other people do it.
